Care is at the heart of the Occupational Therapist in Western NSW Local Health District. The Allied Health Professional is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, providing quality services to patients/ clients in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs.
You will work within the Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team and work as a part of a multidisciplinary team who provide ongoing recovery oriented assessment and treatment through case management, aimed at improving the quality of life for older people with mental health needs living in the community.
The FACT team sits within the community of Orange which facilitates access to a broad range of clinical and non-clinical services to enable people to establish, re-establish or reclaim a hopeful and meaningful life in the community.
