Your role will consist of:
- Working with NDIS clients ages 18+ and home care package clients
- Mobile role with travel contained around your local area in Melbourne's eastern suburbs - travel limited to within a 20 minute radius from your home
- Work from home flexibility when not seeing clients
- Home modifications, SIL & SDA assessments and a range of disabilities
- Provide OT services for clients with a range of needs in your local area
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
- 5 billable hours per day following induction period with billable report writing and travel time
- Providing supervision and support to new graduate or early career OT's
- Salary of $80,000 - $120,000 + super (based on experience)
- Annual PD allowance of $1500
- Manageable caseload with achievable billable expectations
- Work from home when not seeing clients to complete administrative tasks and report writing

- Opportunity to spend your first 2 weeks working alongside or shadowing of their clinicians until you are comfortable
- Weekly meetings with your manager as well as fortnightly discipline specific team meetings
- Monthly internal and external professional development opportunities presented by members of the team
- External supervisors are available to provide 1:1 training every week or fortnight
- Receive supervision from specialists in clinical areas you would like to develop
- In depth online and face to face training is available to allow you to keep developing your skills

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
