Our team members enjoy the flexibility of a work-from-home model, directly assisting clients in their homes or communities. We specialise in providing a full range of adult OT services. We have expertise in psychosocial disabilities and working with adults with ME. Our team benefits from monthly supervision and ongoing professional development.

At Easy Living OT, we value autonomy but ensure our clinicians always have an approachable director and lead OT they can reach out to at any time. We catch up socially every 3 months, maintaining the right balance of work and play!
Role Summary:
- Community OT - Minimum 4 days a week, up to Full-time (5 days)
- NDIS and Aged Care Package Work
- Refine clinical skills with quality services for career progression
- Regular paid supervision and CPD to meet your needs

Your Role:
Deliver exceptional in-home and community services including:
- Functional capacity evaluations
- Home modifications
- Assistive technology assessments
- Independent living skills training
- Psycho-educational strategies
- Sensory modulation
Who We Want:
- Excellent rapport-building and superior reporting skills
- Dynamic, self-motivated OTs, eager to learn and grow
- Preferably 5 years of community experience (flexibility for the right candidate)
- Experience or interest in adult psychosocial disabilities
- AHPRA registration
- Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (cost covered by us)
- ABN & insurances (we can help you make this easy)
