Occupational Therapist – Cairns 

Salary range: $80-110k base

Employment Type: full-time or part-time options

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (adult community caseload) to join our growing Allied Health Team within our Cairns Clinic.

About the role  

Due to continued growth, RAR Therapy now has the opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist (adult caseload) to join our dedicated team in Cairns. 

Working with RAR Therapy you will be providing comprehensive assessments, reports and ongoing therapy to a wide range of clients, ensuring they are receiving the highest possible level of individualised service. This will include home and community based assessments and recommendations, assistive technology assessments and recommendations, Allied Health Assistant program development, ongoing therapy services for skills development in ADLs. You will do this working alongside Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologist and other Occupational Therapists.  

 Skills and experience  

• Occupational Therapy qualification
• Current AHPRA Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Innovative and strategic approach to client service delivery
• The ability to demonstrate and encourage teamwork
• Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationship
