Due to our growing client base we are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team in Adelaide and our growing business in Canberra.

About the role:
This is a hybrid role for a Occupational Therapists at Crystel Care with 90% of the business being remote work. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing complex behavioural support to our clients. Your tasks will include assessing client needs, developing and implementing appropriate interventions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure effective care and support.
We are open to all working types, Part Time/Full Time or Casual and Graduate are encouraged to apply. Return to work parents are also welcome.
Qualifications
- Qualification and relevant experience in the respective field (Occupational Therapy)
- Demonstrated ability to empathise, educate, and engage with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Certification or training in relevant therapeutic approaches and interventions
- Current registration or membership with relevant professional bodies
- Experience working with individuals with complex behavioural support needs
- Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based approaches in the respective field
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
