Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team, specializing in providing support to children and young individuals. Offering a minimum base salary of $75,000 per annum, our unique commission-based structure allows for significant earning potential. You'll receive 50% of each billable hour completed, or the base salary, whichever is higher. This structure incentivizes dedication and performance, without the pressure of high KPIs. With a potential salary increase up to $138,960 for 6 out of 8 billable hours, your commitment is duly rewarded. Moreover, your salary will increase incrementally with each year of service up to 55% profit.
- 4/8 billable hours /day = $92,640
- 5/8 billable hours /day = $115,800
- 6/8 billable hours/day = $138,960
In this role, you'll conduct ongoing therapy sessions and write functional capacity assessments, emphasizing good report writing abilities. We provide all necessary assessments and clinical records, along with robust administrative assistance, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional therapy services. Additionally, you'll receive a yearly $1000 CPD allowance to support your continuous professional development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong report writing abilities.
- Passion for working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
