Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Allowances + Super

About the role:
We have an opening for an adult or paediatric Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our team. The role will involve offering OT services to participants with a diverse range of diagnoses across multiple funding options. Flexible work between our new therapy clinic, multi-disciplinary shared office, and community sites options available.
This position is suited to someone who possesses a high level of motivation, independence, and organisation. A key requirement for this role is exceptional communication skills, as well as a genuine enjoyment of establishing connections with participants and their families.

Skills and Requirements:
- Australian accredited qualification as a Occupational Therapist
- AHPRA Registration
- Membership with Occupational Therapy Australia including appropriate insurance
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in Australia.
