- Lead complex projects within the Superannuation Industry
The role:
- Manage the end to end delivery of projects to agreed time, cost and quality standards.
- Co-ordination of all component deliverables of projects to ensure agreed outputs and outcomes are achieved.
- To manage and engage stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Lead and manage the Fee Increase Program, including analysis to support the implementation plan and advice uptake.
- Support the development of a refreshed TSFP advice value proposition.
- Review and update various advice documents such as FSG, SOA, forms, and OGS contracts.
- Conduct business impact assessments and update processes, systems, and client communication.
- Collaborate across teams to improve payment processes and systems.
- Act as a SME/analyst to support and manage different project workstreams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery, considering both adviser and client experiences, and mitigating risks.
- Engage key stakeholders to ensure team alignment.
What you'll bring:
Project Management Qualification required
- Superannuation Industry experience and knowledge of the products, stakeholders and ecosystem
7+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated successful project management experience in end-to-end delivery of complex projects, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality
Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies, with an ability to manage projects to a well-defined delivery strategy
Tertiary qualification in business or IT preferred
