Lismore Community Health has an exciting career opportunity to work in a supportive, motivated and professional team providing occupational therapy to clients in the Transitional Aged Care Program. The position will provide a service to both the Lismore and Ballina populations according to client needs. Providing comprehensive and appropriate Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

If you have/are:
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration as an Occupational Therapist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). To be appointed as a Level 2 Health Professional evidence must be provided of three years' clinical experience
- Ability to provide a range of clinical Occupational Therapy services within the scope of practice of the position.
- Effective communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify key messages
- Ability to utilise problem solving skills and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery and coordination of patient care and effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload
