This growing community based Occupational Therapy provider is seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join them in providing therapy services to NDIS clients ages 18+ primarily across Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.

They also offer a strong support structure with regular supervision and a stringent onboarding process to ensure you feel comfortable and continue to grow and continue your education as an Occupational Therapist.

Your day to day will include:
- Community based role visiting clients at their homes
- Visit clients in a 20-30 minute radius from your location with all referrals based around the eastern suburbs
- WFH two days per week and see clients 3 days per week
- Adult NDIS clients predominantly consisting of physical disabilities with the opportunity to see some TAC and private clients if desired
- Client visits consist of functional capacity assessments, SDA/SIL assessments, home modifications, equipment prescriptions, assistive technology and more
- Work from home to complete your report writing and admin tasks
- Work within a team of multiple Occupations Therapists with more than 20+ years experience
- Onboarding process includes a shadowing period to ensure you step comfortably into the role
- Formal training and weekly/fortnightly supervision provided based on your needs
- Regular ad hoc catch ups as needed and daily communication with other therapists on the team
- Competitive salary from $85K - $135K + superannuation

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
