The Role
- Office Location: Based in Myaree Perth, with clients spread across the Metro area and an abundance of candidates in Greenfields, Rockingham, and the surrounding suburbs.
- Assist team leaders and management in mentoring junior staff
- Caseload: Exclusively dealing with adults.
- Working Environments: A blend of community-based work and office tasks. The office is primarily used for report writing and administrative duties.
- Client Visits: Incorporate travel to clients' homes.
- The team consists only of Occupational Therapists, both new graduates and senior professionals.
- Services Offered: Assistive Tech, home modifications, therapy relevant to the client population, support needs assessments, and Specialist Disability Accommodation assessments.
- Conditions Managed: Specialise in dealing with various disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities (for example, amputations), and primary neurological disabilities.
- The team also caters to clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Support: Provides a thorough onboarding process - For the first two months, there are no billable expectations and the new hires shadow experienced staff.
- In the third month, they begin managing their clients.
- The team receives ample support for calendar management and tailored supervision from a clinical supervisor.
- There's a fortnightly supervision slot with the supervision lead, and further sessions are arranged based on individual needs, either weekly or fortnightly, along with monthly check-ins with the clinical lead.
- Professional Development: Offers a $800 professional development allowance.
- Prioritises attitude over skill set during hiring highly values the passion for occupational therapy, fosters a collaborative atmosphere with mutual support, and maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for office politics.

- Salary Range: Between $100,000 and $120,000k + super + Benefits (this will depend on your level of experience and there is room for negotiation)
