ABOUT THE ROLE
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will:
- perform all duties that an Occupational Therapist's role requires (e.g. Assessment, Intervention, Support, Education)
- be responsible for the planning and facilitation of their caseload
- deliver group programmes, support other practitioners within the clinic
- develop and present information sessions/workshops.
Skills and experience
Successful applicants must have:
- Appropriate qualifications and experience to do this role
- Current and full registration with relevant body i.e. OTA / AHPRA (or can apply for full registration with OTA / AHPRA in the next 3 months)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Working with Children Check
- Own transport.
