ABOUT THE ROLE

Job tasks and responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will:

  • perform all duties that an Occupational Therapist's role requires (e.g. Assessment, Intervention, Support, Education)
  • be responsible for the planning and facilitation of their caseload
  • deliver group programmes, support other practitioners within the clinic
  • develop and present information sessions/workshops.

Skills and experience

Successful applicants must have:

  • Appropriate qualifications and experience to do this role
  • Current and full registration with relevant body i.e. OTA / AHPRA (or can apply for full registration with OTA / AHPRA in the next 3 months)
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Working with Children Check
  • Own transport.
