Working within a multidisciplinary team and community setting, your responsibilities will range from autonomous tasks to collaborative efforts. Effective communication with patients and thorough documentation of treatment plans will be essential parts of your daily routine. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from the Manager of Inverell Community Health and the Professional Lead Occupational Therapy to thrive in your role.

- You hold a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy; Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in discharge planning for complex clients including home assessments, equipment prescription and home modifications.
