Location: Greater Sydney Region, with flexibility for mobile settings and clinic work at our therapy room in North Strathfield 2137.

Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Koala OT, you will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored intervention plans, and support them in achieving their goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' functional capacity, evaluate their support needs and provide clinical recommendations.
• Develop individualised intervention plans based on assessment findings and client's goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions both in mobile settings and in clinic.
• Collaborate with clients, their supports, and other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure holistic and client-centered care.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes, reports, and treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience working with paediatric and/or adult populations.
• Knowledge of the NDIS framework and experience working within it is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with potential for increased hours as caseload grows.

• Expected salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
