We are partnering with a national community health provider who are entering the VIC NDIS and home care package space. Already well-established interstate, they are launching new services and this will be your opportunity to lead the newly created Melbourne OT team. Based out of their Cheltenham head office you will be mainly community based with flexible work from home arrangements offered.
Key areas of the role are:
- Managing a mixed NDIS / Community Aged Care caseload, reduced over time as the team grows, with options to specialise (Adult and Aged / Paediatrics)
- Coaching, supporting and supervising a team of OTs
- Working with other Clinical Leads (Speech and Physio) to develop services, and build relationships with referring partners
This is a great step-up opportunity for an accomplished OT who has some experience mentoring / providing supervision, or equally for a Clinical Lead who would love to be involved in a fresh team.
The successful candidate will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
- 4 - 5+ years experience as an OT with some of this in either NDIS or home care packages
- A strong desire to develop your leadership skills
- Previous experience mentoring / supervising highly regarded
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $110k-$120k + super + car allowance. We are also recruiting a Senior OT for the same provider, so if you're not at Clinical Lead level yet please still send your resume through.
