Highway Service Supervisor role, you'll have the skills to measure your departments performance against both the business plan and budget, and you'll build and maintain a strong customer base, while actively canvassing for additional business opportunities, while promoting Penske Australia's products and services
About you:- At least 5 years' managerial experience in an industrial/service environment, preferably within the Off-Highway industry (Plant, Marine and Power Generation)
- A passionate, engaging and resilient personality with demonstrable experience in successfully managing, developing & motivating a workforce.
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information including budgets and monthly financial reports.
- The ability to understand and grasp technical product information & product fault resolution.
- Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships.
- Sound OFF Highway knowledge, with experience in Sauer, Allison and mtu products ideal.
- An understanding of labour sales & costs, gross margin, expenses and other financial ratios.
- A commitment to, and promotion of safe work practices with a good understanding of HSE responsibilities, and the strong time management skills.
- Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Penske's values and purpose.
