THE DEPARTMENT:The Digital Health Division is responsible for enabling clinical staff to deliver timely, quality care to our patients and carers through innovative use of information technologies, and through strategic management of information and data across the organisation. The SharePoint team is part of the Application Services department within Digital Health.   It has 3 core functions across all of Alfred Health.

  The provision of database administration, application development and support services (to varying extents) across all health service software applications and systemsPOSITION SUMMARY:The purpose of the role is to administer and support the Office 365 platform and our staff who rely on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform and Forms.   At a high level, in achieving the above, you will work with the business in gathering requirements, resolving support issue and architecting O365 solutions both internally and with vendors including Microsoft.  A key component of the role is to ensure the environment is supportable and maintainable so that improvements can be delivered easily in or to get maximum value from our Microsoft investment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft technologies, in particular Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Platform (PowerApps, Automate and Power Virtual Agents)A proven track record of Office 365 and SharePoint Online design and implementation including branding and designing of SharePoint sites

Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell ScriptsExperience with Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure services

Tertiary Qualification in IT or equivalent

An intelligent analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving

Demonstrated ability to organise work to fit into a schedule and manage personal workload to meet deadlines.Microsoft or Office 365 certification is highly regarded
