The Role
An exciting opportunity is currently availableto join our team in an Admin Support role. This is very much an entry level role with a view to learn and develop various administrative skills as a means to move forward into other opportunities within the company. This is a great career opportunity for the right person.
The role itself is a very busy one which will challenge your ability to be well-organised, efficient and communicate effectively, whilst remaining focused on the path ahead. Your desire to thrive on keeping busy will certainly serve you well.
As part of our Administrative team, your role will primarily involve managing all company emails and processing work orders in our system, as well as a variety of other administrative tasks. You will also be directing all call traffic coming in. This is a high volume workload, so efficiency and attention to detail are of paramount importance.
What we are looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (vital for being effective in this role)
- Strong computer literacy (experience with cloud-based systems is advantageous)
- Strong time-management skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize on-the-fly
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and develop.
- Located within a reasonable commute to Artarmon - Highly Advantageous
- Some office based experience is preferred but not essential
- Services based industry experience or understanding, though not a requirement, would be a distinct advantage.
