We are searching for a enthusiastic, experienced team member to fill a full-time position within our team based out of our office in Pakenham 3810. You will be joining a great company with a positive culture and happy vibes
We are looking for someone with administration experience that has the ability to work independently whilst working with our Office Admin team. Somebody that is organised, enthusiastic, a great multi-tasker, adaptable and thrives in a fast paced environment would be a perfect fit. This Monday - Friday position offers the hours of 9.30am - 4.30pm
The following attributes are required to be successful in this role:
- Experience in administration
- Experience in IT required, working with computers
- Advanced keyboard and data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
- Ability to pick up new administration systems quickly
- Experience with data entry and using spreadsheets to track job costing
- Experience in tender submissions beneficial but not essential
