This role is Monday to Friday (No weekends). 8.45am – 5.15pm
You will be responsible for:
Managing Office Banking
Receipting of rents
Receipting of sales deposits
Entering and paying invoices (Strata, Council and Water rates)
Meeting and greeting clients.
Answering all incoming calls and assisting as required
Working closely with the property management with administrative duties
Manage all incoming and outgoing email correspondence
Internet uploads (open home times etc.)
Typing, filing, scanning & general admin duties
Preparing lease documents
Who We Are Looking For:
Certificate or registration is essential
Confident usage of Property Tree
A strong proactive, punctual & reliable
Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
Knowledge of property tree is preferential but not essential
drive to progress your skills within the industry
Well presented, and provide strong customer service at all times
Experience in a Reception role or accounts payable roll
Take initiative and a hard worker who is eager to learn
