About the Opening:
We are currently recruiting a new office all-rounder, focused primarily on driving our accounts, reporting, and social media presence. The role requires a candidate who is heavily technology based, has adept skill in Excel and who can adopt new platforms quickly. You'll also be involved in the day to day running of the office and it's operations, proving support to our team of growing Sales Consultants.
Your Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Employee payroll & HR processes
- Producing sales reports
- Driving our social media presence
- Creating presentations for office meetings
- Assistance with onboarding of new employees
- Involvement in recruitment processes of new employees in our sales team
- Accounts management
- Stock management in the office
- Providing support to other departments where needed
- PA duties and reporting to the director
Who Are We Looking For?
- Someone who will take ownership of the role and has a creative flair
- Intermediate Excel skills & can learn new programs quickly
- Canva experience
- Someone who wants to embrace the challenges of each day and loves working in a team environment
- Someone who wants to grow with the company
- Good attitude and enjoys having a laugh at work
- Great communication skills
- Previous administration experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
