The Company

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage conference rooms, and meeting schedules for lawyers and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Enter information/ scan documentation into the Legal Practice Management System
- At least six months experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a law firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
