About the role
We are seeking a confident, ambitious and motivated individual that can keep up with the demands of a busy office and add valuable input to our team.
Part time: 3 days a week.
Main duties, Assisting current office team with the following:
- Payroll duties
- accounts payable
- Receptionist/phones management
- General operations duties
- Facilities management
- Filing/data organisation
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with accounting software packages preferred
- Business/accounting qualification preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $41,707.34 – $74,329.91 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Laverton North, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
