About the Role
Join our dynamic team at Davey Motor Group, a leading Japanese vehicle importer. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to support our operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, entering supplier invoices and Sales Orders, responding to emails and daily reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical.
- Preparation of reports, and other documents.
- Provide support to the Sales and Accounts Team.
Qualifications:
- Experience where possible as an administrative assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Provide logistical coordination and support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to thrive in the role and company
About Us:
Davey Motor Group is a Leading importer of Japanese vehicles. We source new and used cars from the Japanese market that haven't been available in Australia from new.
We operate a service and roadworthy centre at our Breakwater Location.
