From its Head Office in the Sydney CBD, Kanji Group Pty Ltd provides services to a large private group of companies. These companies operate in Australia and overseas in a number of industries, including building products, healthcare, mining, technology and property development.
The Sydney Head Office requires an Office Administrator to provide administrative support to senior management and to the legal and finance teams. This role will be full-time from the CBD office from the hours of 9am - 6pm.
What you will be doing…
- Pro-actively ensuring the efficient operation of the Sydney Head Office.
- Providing administrative support for senior management and the legal and finance teams.
- Administrative duties including invoicing, assisting with accounts payable, and administration in relation to the group insurance portfolio.
- Managing events.
- Liaising and managing external suppliers such as cleaning services, building maintenance, couriers, and other providers.
- Liasing with customers.
- Coordinating travel for senior management.
- Providing backup coverage for reception.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a similar role.
- Interest in business administration.
- Good people skills and written skills.
- Time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
