THE CLIENT
Our Client is a highly regarded leader in the property industry, well-known for some of the most iconic properties in Perth. With a strong growth-plan, there will be future opportunity for career development.
The Client is seeking a dynamic and polished Office Administrator to join their CBD office, to support a multifaceted team.
THE ROLE
Overall, this position will see you:
  • Manning reception to welcome visitors and guests and attending queries
  • Updating contact lists
  • Handling office I.T and onboarding
  • Keeping meeting rooms tidy and presentable
  • Organising company functions and team events
  • Setting up vendors
  • Invoice management
  • Providing administrative support to their marketing and property teams
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • At least 6 months experience in an administration role in the property industry
  • Driven and high-performing
  • Outstanding administrative and financial skills
  • Highly organised and self-starting
  • Immaculate presentation
