The Client is seeking a dynamic and polished Office Administrator to join their CBD office, to support a multifaceted team.
THE ROLE
Overall, this position will see you:
- Manning reception to welcome visitors and guests and attending queries
- Updating contact lists
- Handling office I.T and onboarding
- Keeping meeting rooms tidy and presentable
- Organising company functions and team events
- Setting up vendors
- Invoice management
- Providing administrative support to their marketing and property teams
- At least 6 months experience in an administration role in the property industry
- Driven and high-performing
- Outstanding administrative and financial skills
- Highly organised and self-starting
- Immaculate presentation
