Office Administrator / Receptionist
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to provide general administration, office support and reception duties. This is a full-time office-based position. About You
The ideal candidate will be a motivated person eager to support a busy growing enterprise. As a first point of contact, you will have great communication skills, be professionally groomed, and demonstrate a friendly willingness to help.
The Role
• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming and professional experience
• Answering and directing telephone enquiries
• Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments and catering
• Ordering and managing food and beverage supplies
• Maintaining appearance of reception and communal areas
• Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
• Liaising with building management to support facilities maintenance
• Liaising with cleaners and contractors
• Maintaining relevant contact and general information databases
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to various teams as required
• Supporting staff with travel and accommodation processes as needed
• Undertaking local errands as required
What You Need
• Previous administration experience
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated organisational skills
• Ability to undertake active errands
• Polite, professional manner in person and on the phone
• Excellent attention to detail
• Motivation, punctuality, and initiative
• Positive, friendly disposition
