We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in our modern work environment located at our Brendale head office.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a vital full-time position within our business based at Brendale on Brisbane's Northside that will require you to work closely alongside our Project Manager's in the procurement, management and successful delivery of resourcing to our projects.
An immediate start would be preferred.
Key responsibilities are:
- Provide admin support via checking all tender documents, job creation on our internal system, Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Organise and book accommodation, flights & vehicle hire for out of state projects for team members
- Track & collate all expenditures associated with travel
- Create & send invoices via our internal system
- Complete new client forms, enter new clients onto the database & arrange for a credit check to be completed.
- Organise security deposits as required
- Record & distribute Weekly Production meeting minutes
- Organise inductions for project-based work
- Update all subcontractor licencing
- Create & authorise subcontractor invoices for payment

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
You will need to be professional & courteous as you will be interacting with both clients, landlords & subcontractors.
Ability to multitask and work with late changes & moving targets which are common within the fit-out industry.
Ability to think for yourself and make decisions
A good sense of humour would assist as shopfitting & fit-outs are stressful industries to be involved with.
We are open to people from different sectors, so construction experience is not essential.
