About the role:
We want someone who will love the opportunity to be the first point of contact at our office, both for incoming calls and greeting our clients in person.
You will also help co-ordinate our meetings and make sure that everything in our office runs smoothly every day, including scanning documents and preparing letters for our team. Having an eye for detail is a must!
It would be great if you have 1-3 years of office administration experience but what is really important is your attitude. We want to find someone who comes to work with a smile on their face every day, and who definitely has the ambition to want to grow with our business.
Oh, and you have to be rock solid with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word & Excel.
