We are looking for the new face of our Mona Vale Office. We are seeking a warm and organised individual to join our multi award-winning team. You will be working within a well established, highly efficient dynamic team. If you have a positive attitude, can-do mindset and happy to help approach we want to hear from you.
Your day to day duties would include;
• Greeting clients
• Answering and directing calls
• Processing enquiry emails
• Managing Property Management phone in enquiries
• Maintaining office facilities and presentation of the office
• Processing/Entering listings / sale documentation.
• Producing Presentation material for agents
• Preparation of Auction material for agents
• Preparation of open home bags for agents
• Assisting agents with printing requirements
• Other general administration tasks
Our ideal candidate will have the following;
• A passion for customer service
• Some previous reception or administration experience (preferable but not required)
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Computer skills – MS Office suite / gmail / general computer ‘savviness’
• An ability to multi task and manage time efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills
• A team player
