Office Administrator
Our team is expanding, and we are looking to add more support to our Compliance Team.
As the first point of contact for our firm, this person will be confident on the phone, a superstar of the admin world, this won’t be your first venture into office life, you’ve done this before and know what you’re doing. You will be the Marie Kondo of organisation and have the highest level of attention to detail.

We are open to offering this position on a part time basis or full time depending on the desires of the ideal candidate. We are flexible with days and times to suit your needs, however as a minimum 3 days is the starting point.

Responsibilities
- Reception Duties including answering phones and following up voicemails.
- Manage the companies main email inbox as well as the paper mail.
- Communicate with clients & the ATO to retrieve tax related information.
- Supporting our Accountants with their admin.
- General office tidiness, i.e., take the bins out, do the dishes etc.

Part-time hours: 38 per week
Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
