Office Administrator

InSite Remediation Services is a specialist environmental remediation contracting firm based in Sydney, Newcastle and Perth, conducting contaminated site remediation projects across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are looking to invest in high calibre personnel to assist with our expanding workload. 

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start based in our Head Office in Caringbah, NSW. For the right candidate this will be a permanent part-time position with flexible hours that can be discussed, with an excellent package based on skills and experience.

To be successful you must have:

• At least 3 years experience in Office Administration in a small-medium sized business
• Extensive experience in the use of Xero Accounting platform is essential
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
• Current Australian Driver's License and own transport
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the implementation and documentation of an Accredited Integrated Management System and Web Page Management is desirable.

 
You must have experience with the following:
- Reconciliation and Entry of Invoices and Payments in Xero Accounting Software
- Assignment of costs and invoices to project cost centres
- Produce invoices to clients based on provided data and forms supplied internally.

- Assistance in organising travel arrangements for workers on regional and remote projects

- Assistance in document control

- Assistance in maintaining records from Suppliers

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude,
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy
- Be reliable and have a good work aptitude
