This progressive agency has recently seen some massive growth in their business and is now committed to appointing a solid administrator to join their A Grade team.
Reporting to the Director and working within a small team, your day will be diverse and exciting as you oversee the smooth operation of this agency and improve communication and flow of information throughout the office.
The Role:
- Welcome and assist customers at our office
- Answering of incoming calls, directing calls accordingly and/or accurately take messages
- Provide ongoing support to the business owners on a daily basis
- Assist the property management team with tasks eg entering bills
- Prepare and review Form 6’s, proposals and marketing documents for property management as required
- Prepare owner and tenant newsletters
- Assist with Sales Administration when required
- May include some accounts receivable/payable work
About you:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years' experience in a support role within the Real Estate industry
- CRM experience preferred
- Real Estate Certificate
- Passion and desire to help others succeed
