AddressThere is a vacancy as an Office All-rounder for a rubber stamp and engraving business based in Moffat Beach. The position will be varied, but main duties will include:
- Answering the telephone and assisting customers with enquiries
- Monitoring the emails and checking for orders
- Processing orders on the computer to get them print-ready
- Preparing invoices
- Preparing proofs/quotes for customer orders
- Type-setting and manipulating artwork/images on the computer
- Ordering stationery for the office
- Processing credit card payments online
- Backing up and closing down the computers at the end of day
- Liaising with warehouse staff about stock levels and current orders
Qualifications & experience required:
- Must be able to touch-type at 80 words per minute or higher with accuracy
- Excellent telephone manner, and customer service skills
- Must have good computer skills, and be able to troubleshoot computer and printer faults
- Experience with CorelDraw and/or Photoshop will be highly regarded
- Experience in database software such as Microsoft Access will be highly regarded
- You must have excellent spelling and grammar, and be able to proof-read text and identify mistakes
- Attention to details will be critical in this role
