We have designed and developed surfaces used at major sporting events including Olympic and Commonwealth Games, US Open Tennis and World Athletics Championships. And these same elite-quality products are also installed at schools, local councils and backyards all around the world.
We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Service/Admin professional to join our team based in our Yatala, QLD office. You will have previous Customer Service experience and an eye for detail. The role will involve all Customer Service functions including answering phones, processing orders and payments, managing stock, liaising with the production factory, arranging transport/dispatches and general office duties.
A small and caring team awaits the right applicant with training provided. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with the right attitude to join us immediately!
Responsibilities include:
- Perform general office administration duties
- Action customer queries timely and appropriately
- Work well within a team to provide excellent service to our clients
- Have an ability to learn quickly, and build an extensive knowledge of our products
- Process and complete sales orders, dispatches, and invoices with high attention to detail
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with our large customer base
- Some Showroom Sales will be involved. Occasional walk-in traffic requiring Customer Service (training provided).
Who you are:
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
- Acquired basic computer skills including MS Excel and accounting packages.
- Previous experience dealing with transport providers would be advantageous.
- Be a team player, enthusiastic and have strong attention to detail.
- You must be driven, highly motivated and be able to work with staff at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Possess a friendly and confident telephone manner.
