About the role
- Provide professional, efficient and effective responses to enquiries using appropriate communication techniques demonstrating empathy, patience and a positive customer focus, and provide information and assistance to staff, patients and visitors to facilitate effective service delivery within a hospital setting.
- Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff, coordinating all patient movements.
- Contribute to staff and patient safety attending immediately and accurately to the Emergency Code activations within the Facility.
