Based in our Wingfield depot, we are seeking an energetic and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. This role will be an administrative support to the team.
About the role;
- Data entry
- Scanning and filing documents into freight management system and files.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone.
- Other administration duties as required.
About you;
- High level of computer literacy and excel.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable and organised.
- Good focus and concentration.
