Troocoo are assisting a valued Government client recruit a Business Support Officer (AO3). This is an initial 3 month contract commencing immediately based in Brisbane CBD. This position will be a support role providing a high level of administrative support to the Management Team.

The hourly contract rate is $46.27 p/hour + super | You must be available to commence immediately.

Previous Government experience is highly regarded for this opportunity.

Your new role:

• Providing a high level of administrative support including email management and preparation of agendas and briefs.
• Organising meetings, conferences, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
• Attending meetings and writing meeting minutes.
• Managing multiple inboxes, diaries and responding/triaging requests as required.
• Manage competing priorities and contribute to the wider team as required.

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

• Previous Government experience and executive support experience is highly regarded.
• Availability to commence immediately.
• Previous administration and customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to work with engage with complex stakeholders and juggle competing priorities.
• Professional approach towards work with exceptional communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite experience is essential.
