As part of our growth, we are currently seeing an experienced Assistant Scheduling Officer/Admin Assistant in either a full time or part time capacity. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping and supporting people and possess essential traits such as reliability, a positive attitude, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail and diligence to excel in these roles.

About the Role We are seeking a dependable, motivated, imaginative, and conscientious individual who can cultivate positive connections with our team, support staff, clients, and stakeholders.
You should demonstrate an ability to motivate individuals to make informed decisions and have a grasp of a person-centred approach. We focus on finding solutions.
You will be:
- Aiding in maintaining a flexible schedule system
- Collaborating with the Client Coordinator on resourcing concerns as they emerge
- Working alongside the Scheduling Officer and Client Coordinator to ensure that schedules are effective and within the budget
- Guaranteeing that staff members adhere to the SCHAD Award
- Organizing the 'best match' for both the client and the support staff
- Performing general office administrative duties
- A team player
Essential
- Experience in rostering/ scheduling
- Current DHS working with children screening and NDIS worker screening check
- Accurate data entry skills
- MS Office experience particularly in Excel
Our Requirements:
- Experience with the Visualcare program (preferable)
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills that inspire confidence and trust
- Good organisational skills
- Respect for people’s right to have choice and control of their lives
- Demonstrated conflict management skills
