Located in Shepparton and Echuca, Cavalier Homes Goulburn Valley is a project builder who is committed to building quality homes and providing the highest level of customer service to our clients. This family owned business operates locally and has an administration office in a prominent position in Kialla, two Display Homes located in the Sevens Creeks Estate and also a large Construction and Excavation team.
Due to the steady growth of our business we are now seeking a like-minded individual who is eager to join our professional team and are dedicated to the values of our company.
The Position:
Our company requires a full-time cleaner to join our team in our Shepparton office, cleaning our main office building located in Kialla, our two display homes located in the Sevens Creeks Estate and our office in Echuca. As part of this role the successful applicant will be driven and have exceptional organisation and self motivation skills. We are seeking an energetic person that has the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment and engage with people in a friendly and professional manner.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- General Cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Cleaning of all public areas in main office building including colour room, meeting and meals rooms, offices and bathrooms
- Cleaning of all areas in two display homes located in Sevens Creeks
- Cleaning of windows and tracks in main office and display homes
- Manual handling & lifting of equipment
- Stocking of cleaning supplies
- Dusting and spot cleaning
- Removal of rubbish
- Use of chemicals to sanitise and disinfect
Skills and experience
- Must be physically fit to carry out tasks
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to be punctual, work unsupervised and be accountable for own work.
- Be an enthusiast, pro-active worker who is happy to take on any task.
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Commitment to long-term employment
- Have a current driver license and reliable vehicle
- Takes pride in their work
