Do you have experience in Human Resources Administration? We are looking for a mature, experienced Human Resource Coordinator to support management and the Human Resource Manager for a workforce of approximately 20.
- Position: Part time Human Resources Coordinator or FulltimeHuman Resources Coordinator/ Office Administration – Work with the Human Resource Manager who will be on site or remote and Management as an interface with the staff.
- Location: On site, Byron Bay, NSW
Temporary, very basic accommodation may be available on site during the trial period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and co-ordinate the Human Resources administration under the guidance of the HR Manager to maintain and document employee records and contracts, Statutory requirements, Policies and Procedures, etc.
· Maintain and following existing HR systems, and assist HR Manager in developing as required.
· All aspects of payroll.
· Ensure that human resource records are managed in an efficient and confidential manner compliant to organisational requirements.
· Provide high quality and confidential administrative support services for meetings, preparing documents for appointments/meetings and preparing responses to internal and external requests.
· Monitor and quality check payments for staff expense claims, travel bookings, charters and staff resources. Timely and accurate Payroll payments and records, staff meeting and reviews.
· Assist in maintaining and nurturing the positive workplace culture.
· Maintain effective time management practices for appointments, correspondence and telephone calls.
· Provide high quality and confidential administrative support services for meetings, preparing documents for appointments/meetings and preparing urgent responses to internal and external requests.
· Maintaining the organisation calendar
· Assistance with recruitment
REQUIREMENTS
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience, the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
· Proven ability to prioritise, organise and plan for the efficient functioning of HR administrative services.
· High level ability in use of MYOB (or similar payroll and payments software) for payroll and payments.
· High level of keyboard skills with experience of database, spreadsheet, word processing, calenders and related software
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously.
· High level communication and mature interpersonal skills
· Ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety as well as ethical behaviour
