An Office Coordinator/ EA for a well-known Property Developer in Subiaco. Your new company
My client is a well-known property developer in Perth looking for an Office Coordinator/ EA for a 4-week period. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their skill set and work within a fast-growing business.
Your new role
As the Office Coordinator/EA, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and stakeholders. You will assist staff members with some general administration tasks when required, as well as coordinate events. You will also provide adhoc EA support to 2 senior staff members. Main responsibilities will include managing and answering a busy switchboard and fulfilling front of house duties such as but not limited to:
Providing professional and friendly customer service.
Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
Organising travel, meetings and events as required.
Reception duties
Calendar Management
Adhoc EA duties
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar industry as a receptionist or administrator will lead you to your success, as will;
Ability to plan your work but prioritise tasks in order of urgency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
