About the position:
headspace Griffith are seeking applications from vibrant, personable and autonomous individuals with excellent communication and IT skills to fill their Office Coordinator position. If you are passionate about supporting the wellbeing of young people, this position may be for you as you will be the first point of contact for young people aged 12-25 years at our headspace Griffith Centre.
The Office Coordinator will:
* Greet and assist young people visiting the centre
* Respond to all incoming communications
* Take referrals to the service both in person and by telephone
* Book appointments and data entry
* Provide administrative support within the centre
* Complete Medicare administrative tasks
* Monitor and order office necessities
* Multitask and prioritise workload
