About the role
We are seeking an Executive Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to the strategic and operational functions of OoP, with key responsibilities including financial management, project oversight, and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Coordinate the development, forecasting, and monitoring of OoP budgets. Ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery and management of staff-focused projects, including prestigious awards and recognition programs, and other ad-hoc projects.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the Chief People Officer, including report preparation, policy maintenance, and updating of HR-related university policies.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, coupled with substantial experience in an executive office setting.
- Proficiency in preparing discussion papers, policy documents, and business cases.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing substantial budgets, including budget preparation, analysis, and monitoring.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to achieve defined objectives.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Digital literacy and a willingness to embrace emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Sound judgement and discretion in handling confidential information, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a complex environment.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until May 2028, based at the Hawkesbury Campus (Richmond NSW).
Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 - $130,740 to $145,135 p.a. (comprising Salary of $110,477 to $122,641 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading).
