Join our dynamic Group Project and Portfolio Management Office (P&PMO) team, where you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the delivery of our Project Portfolio. With a focus on execution quality, consistent and scalable processes, this role will ensure day to day project and portfolio governance and reporting is executed well and runs smoothly.
What you'll do- Enterprise Project Portfolio Management: Manage new work intake, track portfolio changes, support project prioritization, and develop insightful reporting using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira Align.
- Execution Excellence: Create and maintain project management standards, tools, and templates, and drive smooth operating rhythms for key activities such as status reporting and steering committees.
- Project & Team Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, as well as assist the General Manager with diary management, coordinate meetings and workshops, and ensure quality outputs across the portfolio.
- Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Enhance the Group's project management capabilities, stay updated with industry trends, and advocate for the value of project management.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years as a Portfolio, PMO Analyst, or Project Administrator
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2)
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and preferably Jira Align
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in Wealth Management and/or Superannuation Industry
