About the Opportunity:

As a crucial member of the team, you'll provide invaluable support to both the office day to running's, with supplies, office maintenance, events, marketing, mobilisation and projects and document control.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Management, offering vital support, coordinate and maintain schedules, appointments, and team calendars, greeting clients and visitors.
  • marketing and Event Management; Liaising with external companies to assist with corporate internal functions, events and catering/venue.
  • Providing administrative; Presentations, collating reports, assisting with records support including maintaining organisation forms and templates, document control, archiving and retrieval and project support.
  • Assisting with mobilisation of staff to site, compliance, medicals and inductions.
  • Office management, working with building management, ordering supplies for kitchen and office.
  • Act as the central hub for interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
  • Expertly manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and cultivate a cohesive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Ideally you will have 1- 2 years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative support. Will be open to internships with relevant experience as well.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust is a must.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office software and document control software, like share point, team binder highly desirable.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept at problem-solving.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
