The Firm This well-established, global engineering firm in Perth CBD is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to provide support to the team. The firm is located in modern, open-plan offices in the heart of the city. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent. The Role As part of a close-knit team, you will be providing support to a team of project leaders and engineers with:
Overseeing and maintaining the office space
Liaising with building management
Receiving and sorting mail
General administration
Assisting the projects team
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
Strong building services experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office
