Open Projects Group, a premier commercial fit-out company operating on the Gold Coast with a national client base, is seeking a talented individual to join us as an Office and Human Resources Manager.

Role Overview:

As the Office and Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while overseeing key HR functions. From managing day-to-day administrative tasks to facilitating staff onboarding and offboarding processes, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness across various areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of Company document management program
  • Staff Onboarding / Offboarding and HR Management
  • Data Entry of accounts
  • Company travel bookings and coordination
  • Coordination of staff and company events
  • Providing support surrounding IT queries incl setting up new devices as needed (phones, iPads, etc.)
  • Provide administration support across multiple areas
  • Preparation of meeting notes and action lists
  • Stationery and staff amenities ordering
  • Schedule or confirm meetings / events
  • Collation of corporate documents
  • Researching and implementing new software programs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience as an Office Manager or Administrator
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 packages
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
  • Friendly demeanor with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
