The opportunity
 
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this rill will see you based out on site, working closely with the leadership team you focus will be to help drive recruitment within the various regional sites. End to end recruitment, onboarding and induction coupled with input into strategy to drive attraction, retention and site culture. This is a newly created role where you will be a
 
Selection criteria
 

• Relevant tertiary qualification coupled with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• High level of stakeholder engagement skills – both internal and external
• Proven experience in building and managing talent pools
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Willing to complete a Biosecurity Quarantine Declaration
