Responsibilities As an Office Manager/HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing office operations and managing human resources functions within a dynamic construction environment. Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to contribute to the efficiency and success of our projects. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and a positive work environment. Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
